Safi Free Roll-up buckwheat pancake flour mix1000g

Glutenfree, dairy free, egg-free, low fat, thin sweet or savoury crepe can be made from the Safi Free buckwheat crepe flour mixture.

We don't use any animal ingredients, therefore the Safi Free products are vegan and free of contamination. 

Ingredients: buckwheat flour (82%), tapioca starch, psyllium husk, salt, bulking agents (sodium bicarbonate)

Recommended use:(VEGAN): 

Ingredients: (for 1 piece of crepe): 40 g Safi Free buckwheat crepe flour mixture; 5g erythritol or 0.5g salt; 75g water; optional: vanilla flavor, lemon zest, cinnamon 

Method: Heat a pan.

Measure the water, add the sweetener, or the salt for the savory crepe, then add the flour mixture.

Mix it quickly with a balloon whisk until thickened a bit. Bake it immediately.

Bake in oil sprayed frying pan, similar to as if it was traditional crepe dough. 

Note:

According to the above recipe, the crepes are mixed one at a time so the dough won't thicken while baking. Of course, more than one serving can be made at the same time, but then the recipe will change. If you want to bake 3-4 pieces at the same time, the recipe will be the following:

100g Safi Free Crepe Flour Mix, 250g water, sweetener or salt as you like, and rest the mixed pancake dough for 2-3 minutes, then bake them one at a time.

Make sure that the pan is not too hot because it will affect the texture of the crepe.
