Bolognese recipe:
Ingredients: (4-5 portions): 800 g minced meat, 1 spoon Oil, 80 g Szafi Reform Bolognese sauce base, 4 dl water
Method: brown the minced meat in hot oil within a few minutes. Meanwhile, mix the Bolognase sauce powder with the water.
Finally, pour the mixture onto the meat and cook it for further 2 minutes at moderate heat with a continuous stirring. Serve it with cooked pasta in accordance with your diet.
Tip: Vegetarians or vegans can substitute meat for example with eggplant!
