Gal Magnesium L-Lactate 180g / 90 servings

Lactic acid comes in two forms: D- and L-lactic acid. These are converted to D- and L-lactate in the body. In healthy people, the blood contains almost only L-lactate, which is an important nutrient for the heart and brain, among other things.

In our product, magnesium is found exclusively in the L-form of lactic acid, which not only allows for better absorption of magnesium, but also provides the beneficial L-lactate, without D-lactate. It also causes less loose stools than many other forms of magnesium.

Dosage: Take 2g (approx. 1 tsp) daily, preferably in two doses (especially if taken at once would cause looser stools than usual). It can be mixed into any liquid, best taken with a meal. For children: proportional to body weight, assuming an adult body weight of 60 kilograms.
