SAFI FREE PIZZA FLOUR MIXTURE
Glutenfree, dairy free, egg-free and oil free thin pizza can be made from the Safi Free pizza flour mixture.
We don't use any animal ingredients, therefore the Safi Free products are vegan and free of contamination.
Ingredients: Glutenfree flour mixture (buckwheat flour, millet flour, sorghum flour,), tapioca starch, fiber blend (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fiber flour), bulking agents (sodium bicarbonate), spice mix (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, savory, sage), salt, acidity regulators (citric acid)

Pizza recipe:
Ingredients ( for a 20 cm; 100 g pizza):
65 g. + 5 g. Safi Free pizza flour mixture; 8 g freshly squeezed lemon juice (can be replaced by apple cider vinegar juice); 50 g lukewarm water.
Method:
Mix the lemon juice, the water, and 65g flour mixture and rest it for 10 minutes.
Add 5g flour, then knead the dough again, and finally shape it on an oil-sprayed baking paper (which will be used for the baking) a 20-22 cm pizza
Top it thickly with tomato sauce (so that the dough can absorb it during baking), and then put your favorite topping onto it.
Bake it in a preheated conventional oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
If you want to have a vegan cheese, top it in the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
