SAFI FREE FLOUR MIX FOR SOFT AND WHITE BAKED PRODUCTS

This flour mix is ideal for making gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, yeast-free low-fat homemade bread, bread rolls, pita or crescent rolls, which will remain soft for several days.

Very easy to use flour mix.

We do not use any animal-derived ingredients; therefore, Safi Free products are vegan and free from contamination.

Ingredients: millet flour, tapioca starch, fibre blend (psyllium husk powder, bamboo fibre flour), raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)

Directions for use:

Ingredients (for 3 rolls):

  • 140 g Safi Free Flour mix
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice or apple vinegar
  • 170 g lukewarm water
  • 1 +1 g coconut oil for brushing (optional, but this will make your bark brown)

 

Preparation:

 

Except for the flour mixture, mix the ingredients (water, salt, lemon juice), then add the flour mixture and mix well.

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. After resting on a lightly floured surface, form 3 flat buns / or baguettes (it will grow quite large in the oven).

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes. (At the end of the baking time, we can either re-brush it with coconut oil or spray it with water).
