Safi Reform Chinese sweet and sour chicken seasoning mix with sweeteners 80g

Ingredients: seasoning mix with dried vegetables (salt, sweet paprika powder, onion, ginger, curcuma, coriander, fenugreek seeds, carrots, mustard seeds, cumin, cayenne pepper, parsley leaves), tapioca starch, sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), acidity regulator (citric acid).

The total carbohydrate content of 100 g sauce mix contains 33.7 grams of erythritol.

The calorie content and absorbable carbohydrate content of this polyol is zero.

No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

With this gluten-free, dairy-free sauce mix with spices, you can easily prepare lunch or dinner.

Directions for use:

Chinese sweet and sour chicken

Ingredients (for 4 servings): 70 g tomato concentrate, 80 g Safi Reform Chinese sweet and sour chicken mix, 800 g chicken breast, 300 ml water, 100 ml pineapple juice (e.g. the juice of the compote), 1 sweet pritamin pepper, 1 onion, approx. 200 g pineapple compote

Preparation:

Fry the chicken breast cubes in 2 tbsps hot oil of your choice until the meat turns white. (If the meat loses juices, remove the excess fluid.)

Add the chopped onions, the diced pepper and the diced pineapple, then cook for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the Chinese sweet and sour sauce mix with the water, pineapple juice, tomato concentrate and pour the prepared sauce mix over the meat, stir thoroughly and cook, occasionally stirring, for 5 minutes.

The product may contain sesame seeds, mustard seeds, celery, nuts, sulphites and lupins!
