Ingredients: Tapioca starch, sweet potato flour, salt, pepper, onion, curry (curcuma, coriander, fenugreek seeds, carrot, salt, ginger, mustard seeds, cumin, cayenne pepper), garlic powder, herbs (oregano, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, summer savory, sage, basil, parsley), ground pepper, nutmeg flower.

No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Directions for use:

Chicken breast in coconut cream sauce with cheese

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 80 g Safi Reform Powder mix for chicken breast in “creamy cheese” sauce
  • 800 g chicken breast fillet (for vegetarians and vegans: fresh broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 50 ml water
  • 400 ml coconut cream (e.g. Cocomas)
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 200 g grated cheese alternative (can be left out altogether, or milk consumers can use conventional cheese instead)

Preparation:

Cut chicken breast into small cubes.

Add coconut cream (e.g. Cocomas), water and lemon juice to the sauce powder and mix thoroughly.

Stir the diced chicken breast into this dense cream.

Spread the half of the grated cheese on the bottom of a baking dish, pour the chicken with the sauce over it, then sprinkle with the other half of the cheese.

Finally, bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 50 minutes.

The product may contain sesame seeds, mustard seeds, celery, nuts, sulphites and lupins!
